About the role
- Work with client and internal stakeholders to define Target Operating Models, Engagement Scope and the end-to-end Solution for business as usual client engagements
- Capture client requirements, and transform them into configuration and product requirements specification
- Identify major gaps, issues and new product or capability implementations and work with Solution Lead / Solution Director and Technical Solution Architect on resolution
- Support delivery process as SME and primary point of contact for the solution during delivery test and deployment phases
- Follow agreed engagement model and solution design methodology and responsible for initial internal quality standards for all deliverables
- Report and escalate to Solution Lead / Solution Director for wider solution context (as applicable)
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in functional delivery, preferably in a client-facing context
- Experience with solution within Payments, Financial solutions preferred
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships across various parts of the organization
- Fluent English, Spanish
- Ability to work in the European Union
