About the role
- Working with the broader team to align business objectives with technical solutions, ensuring strategic coherence across teams and disciplines.
- Working with the broader team to identify and lead the implementation of opportunities for automation and system integration to streamline remediation efforts, reduce manual work, and enhance process efficiency through stakeholder engagement and data visualization.
- Conduct technical and business analysis including data modeling, analytics, workflow evaluation, and root cause analysis to support strategic decisions, compliance, and effective remediation.
- Partner with IT, risk, and operations teams to align on requirements and ensure smooth implementation of business and technical solutions that support strategic goals.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical solutions, supporting governance, audits, and risk remediation through precise documentation, reporting, and testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, particularly in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Proven track record in leading the design and delivery of complex business analysis and technical solutions, with a strong preference for experience within the Financial Services sector
- Solid understanding of the complexities involved in implementing and managing large-scale programs, including stakeholder engagement, communication, demand management, and prioritization
- Minimum of 9 years of Business Analysis experience within large, complex organizations, ideally in the financial services sector; experience supporting regulatory remediation initiatives is a plus
- Familiarity with business intelligence platforms, such as Power BI, is preferred; experience with additional data analysis tools, including SQL and Python, is considered a strong asset but not required.
