About the role
- Independent management of our existing customer base and acquisition of new customers
- Presentation of our products and services to electrical contractors and design engineers
- Independent planning of emergency lighting systems, including lighting calculations based on site inspections or floor plans
- Advisory support during installations throughout the implementation of acquired projects
- Planning and execution of customer retention activities
- Conducting price and closing negotiations to secure new contracts
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the electrical trades (e.g., electronics technician for automation, energy/building services, system electronics technician, or equivalent)
- Ability to independently learn complex technical systems and develop structured solutions
- Enjoyment of customer contact and a confident demeanor, even in challenging situations
- Commitment to actively shape processes and projects and thereby create added value
- Solid basic IT skills (MS Office, IP addresses)
- Experience in the installation and commissioning of emergency lighting systems
- Experience in sales of technical products or services
- Commercial awareness and negotiation experience
