• Integration and customization of AI systems into company-wide processes, particularly in ERP, Sales, Procurement, Service, Accounting, HR and Logistics
• Development, implementation and operation of interfaces as well as backend and integration solutions
• Analysis of existing business processes and identification of concrete automation and optimization opportunities
• Close collaboration with business units to implement practical AI-supported solutions
• Documentation and continuous improvement of the implemented integrations

Outside Sales

• Selbstständige Betreuung unseres vorhandenen Kundenstamms sowie Neukundengewinnung
• Präsentation unserer Produkte und Leistungen bei Elektroinstallationsunternehmen und Fachplanern
• Eigenständige Planungen von Notlichtanlagen inklusive Lichtberechnungen auf Basis von Objektbegehungen oder Grundrissplänen
• Installationsbegleitende Beratung während der Umsetzung von akquirierten Projekten
• Planung und Durchführung von Kundenbindungsmaßnahmen
• Führung von Preis- und Abschlussverhandlungen zur Gewinnung neuer Aufträge
