About the role

  • Drive the expansion of FIS’s Enterprise Risk Suite across Europe.
  • Engage Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks, capital markets firms, insurers, and other regulated financial institutions.
  • Lead complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles.
  • Transform clients’ risk management capabilities and modernize legacy systems.
  • Serve as a strategic ambassador for FIS's risk solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record selling enterprise risk, regulatory, analytics, or financial technology platforms into financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of risk modelling, regulatory frameworks, and enterprise risk management practices.
  • Experience selling multi stakeholder, high value solutions across European financial services markets.
  • Established relationships with CRO, Risk, Finance, and Technology leadership.
  • Exceptional storytelling, commercial negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous.
