About the role
- Responsible for product management for retirement digital experiences.
- Define and articulate program level product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including planning, delivery, and backlog enhancements.
- Track product performance, user adoption, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years in product, ideally within financial services, fintech, or enterprise software.
- Experience with digital experiences and retirement services is highly valued.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, information systems, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
