About the role
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for credit assessment capabilities, including underwriting, scoring models, and decisioning workflows.
- Partner with clients, internal stakeholders, and domain experts to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
- Define and prioritize product backlogs, write user stories, and guide cross-functional teams through agile development cycles.
- Monitor product performance, user adoption, and feedback to continuously improve functionality and user experience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to inform product direction and innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in financial services, fintech, or enterprise software.
- Deep understanding of credit assessment processes, including underwriting, risk scoring, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive product solutions.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with engineering, UX, and go-to-market teams.
- Experience with Agile, Jira, Atlassian, Aha, Scrum.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing across levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience also considered.
