• Manage full project lifecycle from initial space planning to final welcome at new office
• Collaborate with leadership to design new floor plan
• Work closely with internal IT team for server migrations
• Coordinate inventory and procurement of furniture
• Source and manage relationships with movers
• Act as primary point of communication for staff
• Ensure all lease obligations for current building are met
• Manage a relocation budget with focus on vendor negotiation
• Create employee-facing communications
