About the role
- Own the commercial performance of your patch, setting the standard for sales discipline, growth, and execution
- Build long-lasting, win-win relationships with restaurants in your assigned patch
- Identify, pitch, and convert high-value restaurant partners across Sydney
- Maintain a disciplined, insight-driven approach to pipeline management and CRM usage
- Share winning practices, tools, and insights with the wider sales team to lift capability
- Drive commercial initiatives that support both restaurant acquisition and diner engagement
- Support the onboarding, coaching, or development of new or growing BDMs
- Bring deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities to inform strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience exceeding sales targets in BD, sales, partnerships or account management within the hospitality or food-tech industry
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Experience mentoring peers or supporting capability building
- Strong commercial acumen, with strategic thinking and a growth mindset
- Excellent territory planning, pipeline management, and CRM discipline
- High resilience and self-motivation in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment
