Lead the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of the Virtual Primary Care (VPC) product
Craft and champion the vision for VPC, delivering technology that delights patients and providers
Coordinate Primary Care’s intersection with Urgent Care and Mental Health care verticals
Lead roadmap development and prioritize investments to achieve measurable business outcomes
Serve as senior product leader and subject matter expert within Product & Technology organization; mentor product managers and partner with executive leadership
Partner closely with Engineering, Product Design, Clinical, Operations, Marketing, and Senior Leadership
Own the P&L of the Virtual Primary Care product offering in partnership with Operations
Represent the product in executive discussions, client meetings, and industry forums
Collaborate with Clinical team and providers to design and deliver tooling supporting clinical workflows and measurable patient outcomes
Lead evaluation and strategy for EHR partnerships and technical integrations
Translate strategy into clear product requirements and work with engineering/design to deliver solutions
Ensure timely execution of initiatives, manage tradeoffs across scope/resources/business objectives, and optimize systems for scale
Conduct ongoing user discovery and research; manage and distill user insights from Heap, PowerBI, and DataDog
Identify opportunities to expand capabilities, improve care quality, and differentiate offering in market
Requirements
Advanced degree preferred
7-10+ years in clinical product, with senior subject matter expertise in the virtual healthcare space
Experience in virtual care, primary care, telehealth, and/or care delivery models strongly preferred
Robust clinical background building clinical products at scale
Proven success leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives from strategy to launch and iterative evolution
Depth of expertise in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and technical integrations
Track record of building ecosystems of integrated tooling, connecting third-party technology with homegrown systems
Intuitive familiarity with regulatory environment including HIPAA, provider licensing, and security standards for patient privacy and safety
Familiarity and fluency with AI applications in a healthcare setting
Technical fluency and credibility partnering closely with Engineering; ability to evaluate technical solution designs and probe risks/tradeoffs
Deep user empathy and expert bridge-builder across cross-functional teams
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; experience presenting to customers and executives
Strong expertise in user and market research strategies, design thinking, and human-centered design
