Customer Support

• The Client Support Specialist collaborates with internal and external clients (in the K-12 market and cities) to facilitate billing, bill reconciliation, work through discrepancy reports, and generate payroll reports.
• Assist with payroll imports, as well as develop client relationships and the company's benefit & CRM system.
• Assists the sales team with providing product options in core and voluntary benefits.
• Other duties include assisting sales and marketing with enrollments, preparing spreadsheets and marketing materials, preparing memorandums, emails and other communications in support of the regional sales manager and the Arizona sales team.
• Occasionally, they will source, develop, soft sell, promote, market, and administer insurance products, and administrative services of FFGA.

• The Texas State Manager leads four regional sales teams in Texas in an effort to maximize current and long-term sales/marketing goals
• Through effective leadership this position will drive sales and ensure sales quotas & revenue goals are obtained, account retention, build market share, promote product diversity, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Working under the direction of the National Sales Director, the position will lead the Texas Sales Team in the development and execution of collaborative sales and business strategies in accordance with First Financial Group of America’s practices
• The position will also ensure all Texas Sales Teams adhere to all company policies & procedures as well as ethical standards of business conduct
• Other duties as assigned
