• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure high levels of accuracy in all financial records.
• Proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies between carrier payments and bank statements.
• Establish and maintain data validation protocols to ensure "single source of truth" integrity across all reporting platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy to provide a reliable foundation for critical business decisions
• Manage and process monthly agent commissions accurately and on schedule.
• Audit and maintain the accuracy of Carrier rates and Agent commission rates within the First Connect Portal to ensure 100% accuracy in automated commission calculations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for complex or escalated commission-related inquiries.
• Assist the Accounting team during the monthly financial closing process

• Own the overarching loyalty program strategy and execution; incorporate existing First Connect programs into a holistic program that clearly defines how agents can maximize their earnings and growth at every stage of their tenure.
• Lead the continuous optimization of existing programs that drive retention, engagement, and new customer acquisition.
• Own end-to-end program management, including planning, execution, timelines, resource coordination, and risk management to ensure successful outcomes.
• Partner with product and UX teams to create in-portal experiences that make our programs easy to understand, easy to participate in, and easy to see progress and success.
• Plan and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns to increase program participation, strengthen advocacy, and support growth.
• Analyze data, retention trends, and program performance to generate insights, refine strategy, and improve overall success.
• Provide clear visibility into program adoption, engagement, and business impact through ongoing reporting and insights.
• Stay current on loyalty, rewards, and engagement trends; recommend innovative strategies to enhance both retention and acquisition efforts.

Product Marketing Manager – Loyalty and Retention

Graphics Designer

• Design and finalize high-volume graphic assets across digital channels, including digital ads, social media graphics, email assets, and landing pages. Prioritize design requests, manage project deadlines, and maintain a robust, organized asset library to keep the team agile and efficient.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to design high-impact PowerPoint decks and presentations. Utilize, maintain, and improve existing templates to ensure all pitch materials are professional, polished, and on-brand.
• Lead the design and execution of physical marketing touchpoints, including flyers, white papers, tradeshow materials (banners, signage), and branded swag.
• Take our current brand foundations and evolve them. Create new style guidelines and internal design standards to support our growing visual needs and ensure long-term brand consistency.
• Work closely with the Email Marketing Specialist on campaign creative and collaborate with Product Designers to ensure marketing visuals align seamlessly with the in-app user experience.

• Respond to agent inquiries via calls, live chats, and emails, providing accurate information and timely resolutions
• Review and process carrier appointment requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with carrier requirements
• Communicate with carrier representatives to clarify discrepancies, resolve issues, and track appointment statuses
• Maintain accurate records of communications and appointment activities in HubSpot CRM
• Collaborate with internal teams to address agent concerns and streamline processes
• Monitor open inquiries to ensure timely follow-ups and proactive issue resolution

Agent Support Specialist

QA Engineer

• You’ll deeply collaborate with the Engineering Team- this includes actively participating in the development of new features and initiatives, from initial requirement analysis and test planning to execution, regression testing, and final release sign-off
• You’ll partner closely with Product Managers to prioritize testing efforts, challenge assumptions from a quality perspective and clarify requirements to advocate for our end-users’ needs
• You’ll work alongside SDETs to expand and maintain our automated test coverage. You’ll be the bridge ensuring that new features are integrated into our automation suites smoothly. You’ll also collaborate with other manual QA engineers on cross-team projects and initiatives
• You’ll proactively identify potential risks or delays, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability
• You'll contribute to the evolution of team strategies and documentation, ensuring our Test Scenarios and QA processes stay sharp and scalable
