About the role
- Assist the team in maintaining and maturing the privacy framework across the Group
- Assist with maintaining the privacy framework within chosen application
- Provide advice to the business on their obligations and good practices
- Conduct comprehensive Data Protection Impact Assessments
- Assist with writing reports for Committees
- Review supplier audits and support monitoring
- Undertake research to keep informed of changes to applicable legislation
- Provide support through advice in response to requests from data subjects
Requirements
- Strong understanding of GDPR, PECR, and Data Protection laws
- Ability to provide practical, risk-based advice
- Experience in Financial Services, insurance beneficial
- Good understanding of technology including AI based technologies
- CIPP/E, CIPM, ISEB or other privacy certification is valuable
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Excellent communication and literacy
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience in a professional environment
