• Develop secure, governed, high quality, efficient data pipelines from various data sources
• Ensure data is cleansed, mapped, transformed and optimised for storage
• Build data observability and quality by design into all data pipelines
• Pipe transform data into data lake storage areas, physical database models and reporting structures
• Build physical data models to meet business needs and optimise storage
• Carry out unit testing of own code, and peer testing of others' code
• Maintain effective documentation for transparency of pipelines and code
• Follow coding standards, architectural principles, and release management processes
• Coach and mentor Associate data engineers
• Create BI solutions in recognized BI tools such as PowerBI

Pricing Analyst

• Validate and build confidence in pricing algorithms
• Refresh predictive models using statistical techniques
• Monitor and maintain existing models
• Deliver high-quality analysis, insights, and recommendations

Analyst

• Assist the team in maintaining and maturing the privacy framework across the Group
• Assist with maintaining the privacy framework within chosen application
• Provide advice to the business on their obligations and good practices
• Conduct comprehensive Data Protection Impact Assessments
• Assist with writing reports for Committees
• Review supplier audits and support monitoring
• Undertake research to keep informed of changes to applicable legislation
• Provide support through advice in response to requests from data subjects

Senior Privacy Analyst

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Supporting the Finance Change Manager
• Lead on administration, maintenance and the day to day running of core Workday financials or adaptive application
• Lead on change management initiatives including project management and business analysis support
• Responsible for execution of finance systems change ensuring it continually adapts to the Groups operating model
• Ensure clear articulation and understanding of the business case of what the proposed change is required to deliver
• Lead, design, test and implement technical system changes to deliver ongoing continuous improvements to Finance
• Assist in the design and production of Workday reports, Business Processes, and Integrations
• Manage and lead finance system updates and maintenance development work across all finance systems.
