About the role
- Review loans in accordance with the bank's Loan Policy and Guidelines
- Analyze and risk rate complex credit lines
- Spread, analyze and review financial statements
- Calculate cash flow for complex borrowers
- Summarize findings in written credit presentations
- Prepare annual reviews on borrowing relationships
- Monitor covenant compliance with loan agreements
- Provide mentoring and training to less experienced staff
- Present loan files not meeting standards to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ten years of work-related experience or the equivalent
- Strong proficiency in project management
- Good communication skills
- Aptitude toward detail
- Understanding of all Loan Policy and Guidelines
