About the role
- Develop and retain a quality client base through acquisition of new business and maintenance of existing customers
- Secure new orders from new customers and maintain business with existing clients
- Compiles lists of prospective customers for sales leads
- Assess individual client needs and develop plans to meet those needs
- Attend real estate industry functions and participate in community events
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop marketing content
- Create and deliver presentations to customer groups
- Communicate proactively with clients
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2- 5 years of successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Requires a valid driver’s license
