Analyst

• Develop, monitor, and evaluate behaviour programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Oversee quality assurance, including the provision of staff training, evaluation and contribution to program development
• Develop programming based on initial and ongoing assessments.
• Review and modify programming as needed
• Maintain documentation as per the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board guidelines and FIREFLY policies and procedures
• Advocate on behalf of client for service, equipment and funding
• Work collaboratively with community based service providers and agencies to meet identified needs and enhance delivery of care.
• Act as a resource for FIREFLY staff and community agencies
• Extensive travel required
