About the role
- Own the billing lifecycle end to end — invoicing, collections, subscription management, credits, refunds, and disputes
- Build revenue dashboards the team can trust — maintain dashboards from raw data giving real-time visibility into revenue
- Run procurement and vendor operations — manage subscriptions, contracts, and renewals
- Own operational compliance — operate SOC 2, GDPR, and similar compliance workflows
- Support enterprise deal operations — handle operational side of enterprise deals
- Use AI to move faster than one person should — build workflows with AI tools to automate reporting
Requirements
- 3+ years in revenue operations, billing operations, or growth ops at a SaaS or usage-based company
- Operationally relentless — clear the queue
- Comfortable owning the billing lifecycle — manage invoicing, collections, subscriptions, or procurement
- Can build dashboards from raw data — not waiting for a data team
- Has operated compliance at the operational level — worked with SOC 2, GDPR, or similar frameworks
- Uses AI daily to multiply output — tools for automating reporting, questionnaires, and ops work
- Experience with usage-based pricing and enterprise deal support — manage billing complexity and support enterprise deals
