Technical Project Manager

• Project management: Lead projects from contract signature to commissioning — monitor schedule, quality and costs; act as the central point of contact for the customer.
• Technical implementation: Coordinate installation, connection and integration of the storage system with electrical contractors, civil contractors, manufacturers, plant certifiers and customer teams.
• Understand and consider single-line diagrams (SLD) and measurement concepts; ensure technical requirements (connection concept, protection, safety).
• Grid connection & authorities: Prepare and submit applications to grid operators and metering-point operators.
• Actively manage questions from the grid operator; consolidate technical response packages.
• Accompany proof and documentation according to relevant standards (e.g., VDE-AR-N 4105/4110) together with partners.
• Collect approvals, test reports and certificates up to commissioning.
• Risks & customer experience: Identify technical risks early, give clear go/no-go signals and find pragmatic solutions.
• Inform customers transparently — your goal: turn projects into reference customers.
• Build processes: Convert project experience into CRM entries, checklists, templates and simple standards that make future projects faster.

Sales

• You are responsible for the entire commercial process: from first outreach to contract signature.
• You independently build a pipeline within the industrial SME sector and engage the right decision-makers.
• You conduct discovery calls, attend on-site meetings and translate clients’ technical and economic concerns into concrete solutions.
• With support from our technical team, you perform analyses of customer sites.
• You negotiate, keep opportunities progressing through the sales process, and persist even when decisions take multiple iterations.
• You actively contribute market feedback to product, positioning and messaging.
• You expand and refine our existing sales playbook.
