About the role
- Join as a founding backend engineer, shaping product and engineering culture in India
- Build Finn AI, the first AI-powered wealth manager
- Develop and maintain core backend infrastructure for the Finvest platform (wealth management, trading, global financial data processing)
- Build integrations with external data providers and financial services
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers and founding team to deliver exceptional user experiences
Requirements
- Experience with Node/Typescript, Python, Postgres, and AWS
- Proven experience as a backend engineer
- Experience in financial services, trading platforms, or data-driven applications (plus)
- Experience with performance and optimization problems; ability to diagnose and prevent issues
- Comfortable building new systems from scratch, scaling from 0 to 1, and iterating quickly in a startup environment
