About the role

  • Support the SimplyBiz Mortgages Sales and Development Team, driving operational excellence, efficient administration, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Create, manage, and maintain member agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Administer the full agreement lifecycle, including renewals and amendments.
  • Act as a key contact for members and partners on administrative queries.
  • Support Senior Management with exclusive event coordination.
  • Analyze member feedback to identify service improvements.
  • Support onboarding to improve speed and quality.
  • Maintain accurate member, partner, and business information within the CRM.
  • Produce timely reports, dashboards, and insights for senior leadership.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy to support forecasting and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Experience using CRMs and managing the data
  • Experience in a sales support role
  • Highly organised
  • Comfortable working at pace
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting sales, adviser, or partnership teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong CRM and data management capability.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach to improvement.
  • Experience in the mortgage or financial services sector (Desirable)
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks within regulated environments (Desirable)
  • Familiarity with adviser mortgage clubs or membership-based propositions (Desirable).
