About the role
- Sales Enablement & Proposal Management
- Bid & Proposal Coordination: Manage the end-to-end process for RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs, ensuring timely and high-quality contributions from Product, Legal, and Finance teams.
- Sales Asset Management: Maintain and update the repository of "gold standard" sales materials, pitch decks, and case studies to ensure the team is always market-ready.
- CRM Governance & Sales Operations Data Integrity: Serve as the "Guardian of Truth" for our CRM (HubSpot). Ensure all deal stages, contact information, and pipeline data are accurate to facilitate reliable forecasting.
- Performance Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly analytics to help Sales leadership track progress against KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
- Commercial & Contract Administration: Act as the primary bridge between Sales, Legal, and Finance. Manage workflow for NDAs, Service Agreements, and Statements of Work (SOWs) to prevent bottlenecks.
- Account Lifecycle Support: Support the seamless transition of new clients from Sales to Customer Success, ensuring all documentation is complete and expectations are aligned. Proactively monitor contract lifecycles and prepare necessary documentation for upcoming renewals.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Project Management within a SaaS or B2B Technology environment.
- Process-Driven: You have a natural ability to organize complex workflows and a passion for "Execution Excellence."
- Detail-Oriented: You have a high standard for accuracy in data entry and contract review.
- CRM Expertise: Proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce is essential.
- Documentation Mastery: Skilled in creating professional presentations and managing complex document versioning.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English, with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments (Legal, Finance, Product).
