About the role
- Oversee the HR functions for clients, reviewing and monitoring all policies and systems
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Align HR initiatives and people strategy with business needs
- Build relationships as a trusted HR advisor to key client stakeholders
- Proactively identify trends and propose actions related to employee engagement
- Develop new HR policies and review existing ones for changing environments
Requirements
- BA degree, preferably in Human Resources or a business-related field
- Proven track record with at least 7 years of experience in managing a diverse HR team
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Experience supporting a public accounting or professional services firm preferred
- Multi-state and/or site support experience preferred
