About the role
- Conduct research to identify potential target clients
- Proactively reach out to prospects via email, phone, and social media to create interest in our platform
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and develop targeted messaging and campaigns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve collective goals and targets
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience as hands-on SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales role, preferably in the B2B technology or software industry - Must
- Native-level proficiency in English
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with CRM (preferably HubSpot) and using prospecting applications (such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)
- Resilience. A fearless positive attitude combined with the ability to handle rejection and objections
- Driven to success, full of energy, and passionate about supporting and closing sales
- Excellent team player
- Bonus: Familiar with cloud-native technology & selling to technical personas (ex. DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineers, etc.)
