About the role

  • Lead the development and evolution of Finora Bank’s technology architecture and digital infrastructure.
  • Define and develop the Bank’s long-term technology architecture supporting lending, onboarding, compliance, accounting, and partner integrations.
  • Oversee the development, integration, and optimization of core banking systems, lending platforms, AML/KYC tools, accounting infrastructure, and supporting systems.
  • Work with product managers and operations teams throughout the product development lifecycle to improve operational workflows through technology and automation.
  • Ensure compliance with European regulatory frameworks including DORA, EBA ICT risk guidelines, and other relevant requirements.

Requirements

  • Senior experience in technology leadership within banking, fintech, or other regulated financial services environments.
  • Strong understanding of banking systems, digital financial platforms, and system integrations.
  • Experience implementing scalable technology environments and automation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with ICT risk frameworks and regulatory technology requirements (e.g., DORA, PSD2, GDPR).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and risk.
  • University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
