About the role

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance our product capabilities
  • Automate processes and provide our customers with smarter, faster, and more intuitive financial tools
  • Work closely with product managers and engineers to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into Finom’s platform
  • Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers to bring AI features into production
  • Stay updated with the latest AI research and propose innovative applications relevant to Finom’s mission

Requirements

  • Seasoned Python professional with a passion for AI/ML
  • Extensive experience with frameworks and libraries such as LangGraph, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers
  • Deployment expert who has a proven track record of successfully deploying ML models in production environments
  • Strong software engineer with a solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and best practices
  • Cloud-savvy individual comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex, or Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Skilled problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to contribute fresh ideas, collaborate with diverse teams, and grow within the organization
  • Effective communicator who is fluent in English (B2+ level)
  • Nice-to-Have: Knowledge of LLMs and prompt engineering
  • Experience with real-time data processing (Kafka, Flink, Spark)
  • Previous work in fintech or financial services
  • Contribution to open-source AI/ML projects
