About the role

You design and develop a scalable, highly available backend infrastructure for our core products
You write clean, maintainable code in Go, Kotlin, and Java, applying modern development practices such as TDD and Clean Code
You develop containerized applications with Docker, orchestrate them with Kubernetes, and use Azure DevOps for CI/CD
You work closely with our DevOps team to continuously optimize performance, operations, and deployment pipelines
You develop APIs and work with relational and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and ETL pipelines
You ensure high code quality, testing, and security standards, and support the team through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance
You actively use AI tools to boost productivity and participate in internal AI training, experiments, and knowledge exchange

Several years of experience in backend development, with a focus on Go, Kotlin, and/or Java
Experience with containerization (Docker), Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps
Strong knowledge of microservices architectures, API design, CI/CD processes, and scalability
Proficiency in working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and high-performance data processing
An agile mindset with a focus on fast, high-quality releases
Enthusiasm for innovation, new technologies, and AI-assisted development
Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a team-oriented approach
