About the role

  • managing and strengthening relationships with Financial Advisors (FAs) and independent investment distributors.
  • supporting FAs with business development, investment advisory resources, training, and sales enablement to drive AUM growth and ensure high-quality client outcomes.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new Independent Financial Advisors.
  • Provide investment support and guidance to FAs, including participation in client meetings.
  • Monitor FA performance and support operational processes to drive AUM growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in financial advisory, or asset management.
  • IC Complex 1 or IP License (or willingness to obtain within timeframe).
