About the role

  • Achieve regional sales targets including revenue and profit on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Manage territory expense budgets responsibly and effectively

Requirements

  • Experience in the construction industry such as: Heavy equipment operation (grader, dozer, excavator)
  • Site supervision or foreman responsibilities

  • Surveying, layout, or field technician work
  • Preferred experience selling or supporting construction technology, surveying equipment, or machine control systems
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the construction, equipment, survey, or related industries
  • A diploma or degree in civil engineering technology, surveying, technical studies, or a related business field is an asset but not required
