About the role

  • Lead and manage Inside Equipment Sales Representatives (40%) Inspire sales and market share performance through a culture of creativity, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Development of plans to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new team members to meet retail sales standards.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans.

Requirements

  • Post‑secondary degree or diploma in business, retail management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in retail sales management and team leadership, with a proven track record in driving transformational initiatives.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and training sales teams.
  • Extensive experience in retail sales management, including merchandising, retail operations, and delivering a consistent and premium customer experience.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including opportunity identification, pipeline management, and conversion strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training, facilitation, and learning initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation, influencing, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements within a retail or industrial sales environment.
