About the role
- Oversee clinical and administrative direct reports, including BCBAs, BCaBAs, practicum students, RBTs, and operations/admin staff across assigned regions.
- Develop and lead performance-driven initiatives and operational improvements that strengthen clinical integrity, staff support, and regional efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Clinical Director and leadership team to ensure consistency in expectations, processes, and outcomes across regions.
- Lead clinical sessions and model best practices for staff; monitor employee sessions for quality and adherence to protocols.
- Remain flexible and responsive to evolving company needs, as directed by the Clinical Director and administrative leadership.
- Develop and conduct regular 1:1 check-ins with staff and leadership to provide coaching, maintain open communication, and support alignment.
- Implement and maintain performance review processes that promote accountability, professional growth, and goal tracking.
- Support onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing development of regional team members.
- Provide practicum supervision to BCBA and BCaBA candidates seeking certification.
- Actively participate in the hiring process for new staff, including conducting RBT interviews and completing new hire orientations.
- Identify recruiting needs by monitoring client schedules and proactively addressing staffing gaps to ensure full caseload coverage.
- Hold all team members accountable for daily responsibilities and prioritize both staff and client needs effectively.
- Utilize internal systems and tools to monitor staff utilization, documentation, programming, and compliance.
- Provide hands-on support, conduct walkthroughs, address barriers, and strengthen team culture.
- Maintain the minimum billable hour requirement as determined by region size and company needs.
- Develop and implement effective caseload planning strategies across the region.
- Oversee and complete reauthorization deadlines, ensuring timely and compliant submission.

- Serve as the first point of contact for new families — approach this role with care, warmth, and genuine investment in each family's journey.
- Complete regular marketing.
- Complete intake phone calls and respond to family inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Efficiently manage the client intake and onboarding process.
- Monitor the day-to-day activities and progress of clients within the region.
- Manage client scheduling to optimize service delivery and family satisfaction.
- Plan and conduct parent meetings to discuss barriers to treatment delivery.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification in good standing (required).
- Active Georgia BCBA licensure.
- Active or willing to pursue Alabama BCBA licensure.
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in ABA, preferably in an in-home or community-based setting.
- Experience providing practicum supervision to BCBA or BCaBA candidates preferred.
- Strong grounding in neuroaffirming practices, NDBIs, ESDM, or similar naturalistic approaches is a significant plus.
- Experience in addressing daily operational concerns and clinical concerns raised by staff and clients.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing clinical and/or operations teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you're approachable, professional, and responsive.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Docs); ability to adapt quickly to internal platforms and systems.
