About the role

  • Support the planning and delivery of corporate and technical training programs
  • Organize training schedules and development learning paths
  • Assist in managing learning platforms (LMS)
  • Maintain attendance records, training documentation and registrations
  • Support logistics for in-person and online training sessions
  • Consolidate L&D metrics (training hours, participation, satisfaction, etc.)
  • Assist in the development of training materials and educational content
  • Support development programs such as: onboarding for new hires, leadership tracks, technical programs, and other programs important for business development
  • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs
  • Support organization of internal development and culture events

Requirements

  • Currently studying or graduated in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy, or related fields
  • Previous experience or internship in Training & Development, HR, or Corporate Education
  • Desirable knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Microsoft ecosystem, corporate training organization, development of training materials, spreadsheet management and tracking of metrics, familiarity with LMS or training platforms
