About the role

  • As an accountant, you will support our accounts receivable team in Germany and take responsibility for specific business processes, including in our ERP system SAP S/4HANA.
  • You consistently monitor data quality in our subsystems and work closely with other teams at FINN.
  • At the same time, you continuously help improve our accounting processes, identify automation and improvement measures within your area of expertise, and support their implementation.

Requirements

  • You already have experience in accounting, specifically in accounts receivable, and enjoy delivering customer service.
  • You enjoy working with numbers and have an interest in the operational and technical aspects of the processes you manage.
  • You continually strive to increase efficiency and automation and are motivated to collaborate with our tech team to improve our systems.
  • You have a strong attention to detail and a high degree of ownership to resolve exceptions manually when necessary.
  • With strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns, you find good solutions even in difficult situations.
  • You possess excellent German language skills at a native level, both written and spoken. Additionally, you are comfortable communicating in English.
