About the role

  • In Fraud Management you are responsible for the security of the heart of our business: our active fleet.
  • Your thorough screening of new customers prevents fraud before it occurs.
  • In cases of payment default you communicate directly with customers and, together with the team, decide on the next steps.
  • You independently organize vehicle recoveries, work closely with authorities and our partners on critical cases, and tackle new challenges every day.
  • As part of the Fleet Management team, you directly contribute to FINN’s success by ensuring the safety of our active fleet and preventing financial losses.

Requirements

  • We also welcome applications from career changers and entry-level candidates – initial experience is helpful but not required.
  • Enjoy interacting with customers and authorities and ideally have some first-hand experience in fraud detection or customer support.
  • You tackle new challenges with an investigative, solution-oriented approach and remain calm in difficult situations.
  • You work in a highly structured way, with attention to detail, while maintaining an overall perspective.
  • You speak fluent German and good English.
