About the role

  • As Lead Operations Planning at FINN, you are responsible for your team and the end-to-end vehicle processes.
  • You coordinate internal teams and external partners, ensure vehicles are provided on time and move efficiently through the processes, assume leadership responsibilities, and continuously develop your team.
  • You actively contribute to improving customer satisfaction, optimizing workflows, and supporting FINN’s growth.
  • In the Infleeting area you are responsible for bringing vehicles into the fleet, and in Defleeting for removing vehicles from our inventory.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in an operations environment with initial leadership experience, ideally in the automotive industry.
  • Completed degree or vocational training, for example in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics / Supply Chain or in Automotive Management.
  • You enjoy questioning and improving processes, work in a structured, detail-oriented way, and keep an overview.
  • You have experience building trusted relationships with partner companies. You do not shy away from conflicts, keep a cool head, and are solution-oriented.
  • You speak German fluently (C2 level) and have very good English skills (at least C1 level) for day-to-day collaboration in an international environment.
