About the role
- In the Small Accounts team you play a central role in managing our B2B customers with vehicle fleets of six to 13 cars.
- After a successful contract close by the Sales team, you are the first point of contact for our existing customers and support them throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
- Depending on your focus, you will work more on customer retention & renewals (Account Retention) or on growth & fleet expansion (Account Expansion).
- In both profiles you advise our customers directly, identify individual needs and develop tailored mobility solutions.
- Together with your team you ensure an outstanding customer experience and actively contribute to FINN's sustainable growth.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed your (bachelor's) degree or vocational training.
- Some practical experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success or Customer Service — ideally in a B2B environment.
- For the Account Expansion role, experience in business development / new business acquisition is desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact.
- Entrepreneurial and structured thinking with a drive to question and improve existing processes.
- A proactive working style and a good sense for customer needs and potential.
- Native-level German and very good English skills.
