About the role
- As a Car Lifecycle Manager, you are part of FINN's Fleet Department and act as the link between automotive manufacturers (OEMs) and our internal teams such as Operations, Finance and Growth.
- You ensure that our contractual agreements are implemented smoothly and efficiently across the entire vehicle lifecycle — from vehicle onboarding to resale.
- In doing so, you have a direct impact on our data quality, operational excellence and the satisfaction of our customers and partners.
- Together with your team, you optimize processes, create reliable structures and thus contribute significantly to FINN's growth and profitability.
- Your work is key to achieving our mission: taking the vehicle lifecycle at FINN to the next level.
Requirements
- Successful completion of vocational training or a degree in mobility, automotive, supply chain or business administration.
- You bring 2+ years of experience from the mobility or automotive industry, ideally in a start-up environment.
- With an entrepreneurial mindset, you quickly recognize operational interdependencies and drive solution finding autonomously.
- Analytical and data-driven, combined with strong attention to detail, you can resolve complex and unexpected situations smoothly.
- With an empathetic and communicative approach, you maintain external and internal relationships and leverage them to achieve your goals.
- Very good German (C2) and fluent English (B2).
Benefits
- This role is based in Munich — with the flexibility to work regularly from home. In our modern offices you can expect regular events with great colleagues.
- With significant growth potential, FINN offers the opportunity to develop quickly in a highly motivated start-up environment with ambitious challenges and interdisciplinary teams.
- You will receive an attractive fixed salary, a meaningful virtual company share (VSOP) and an annual training budget of €1,500.
- Flexible working hours, a childcare allowance (€300 per child/month) and support in finding suitable childcare help you balance work and family.
- You also benefit from discounted gym memberships and attractive mobility offers — e.g. discounts on FINN cars via JobAuto or bike leasing via JobRad.
