About the role
- Manage inbound applicants and identify suitable candidates
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, referrals, and other creative channels
- Conduct outreach to passive candidates and manage follow-ups to drive engagement
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Screen resumes and profiles to assess skills, experience, and role fit
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
- Track and manage candidate activity in the ATS or CRM
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through inclusive sourcing strategies
- Share market insights, sourcing metrics, and pipeline updates with recruiting partners
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
- Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, job boards, or ATS platforms
- Strong written communication skills, especially for candidate outreach
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
