Full Stack Developer – Junior

Manager

• Manage the full product lifecycle for digital foreign exchange (FX) products, including electronic channels, spot and futures FX platforms, integrations with brokerages, international remittances and B2B and B2C solutions;
• Lead strategic initiatives to evolve the FX platform, focusing on modernization of the digital journey, operational efficiency, scalability, regulatory compliance and customer experience;
• Serve as the primary liaison between technology (CTO and engineering teams), business areas, Compliance, Legal, Risk and external partners (brokers, liquidity providers, market platforms), ensuring strategic alignment and consistent execution;
• Drive the design and prioritization of the FX product roadmap, balancing regulatory requirements, business opportunities, technical capacity and time-to-market;
• Monitor and address regulatory impacts related to the FX market, virtual assets and stablecoins, including rules from the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN), the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and other regulatory bodies, supporting the definition of new products and operating models;
• Monitor operational, regulatory and technological risks for the products under management, defining mitigation plans and ensuring business continuity in a highly regulated and critical environment;
• Act as a technical and business reference for digital FX products, supporting strategic decisions, executive committees and governance forums.

Product Manager – Foreign Exchange (FX)

• Help define technical solutions together with development teams, aligned with business and product needs
• Apply critical thinking to analyze, explore and suggest improvements to the current environment
• Support teams during production incidents, analyzing and enabling definitive fixes through root cause analysis
• Pursue excellence in deliverables by creating acceptance scenarios and unit tests
• Produce technical documentation for projects and API contracts, and keep them up to date as project needs evolve
• Work with the Architecture team to define API Gateway configuration standards
• Define solution architecture standards together with Development Squads
• Observability: Monitor API health and performance in real time to proactively detect failures and bottlenecks
• Usage Policies: Configure rate limiting, caching and payload transformations (headers and logic) without changing the original backend code
• Resilience: Implement horizontal scalability strategies and support for mission-critical applications
