About the role
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital foreign exchange products, including electronic channels, spot and forward FX platforms, integrations with broker-dealers, international remittances, and B2B and B2C solutions;
- Lead strategic initiatives to evolve the FX platform, focusing on modernization of the digital journey, operational efficiency, scalability, regulatory compliance, and customer experience;
- Serve as the primary liaison between technology (CTO and engineering teams), business areas, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and external partners (brokers, liquidity providers, market platforms), ensuring strategic alignment and consistent execution;
- Drive the design and prioritization of the FX product roadmap, balancing regulatory requirements, business opportunities, technical capacity, and time-to-market;
- Monitor and address regulatory impacts related to the FX market, virtual assets, and stablecoins, including regulations from BACEN (Central Bank of Brazil), CVM (Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission) and other regulatory bodies, supporting the definition of new products and operating models;
- Monitor operational, regulatory and technological risks for the products under your management, define mitigation plans and ensure business continuity in a highly regulated and critical environment;
- Act as a technical and business authority on digital FX products, supporting strategic decisions, executive committees, and governance forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
- Solid and proven experience in managing digital foreign exchange products, gained in banks, FX brokerages, fintechs, or international payment platforms;
- Deep knowledge of the Brazilian FX market, including spot FX, international remittances, B2B/B2C operations, settlement, compliance and operational controls;
- Technical and regulatory knowledge of virtual assets and stablecoins, including impacts of BACEN regulation, settlement models, custody, risks and integration with the traditional financial system;
- Experience defining and managing digital product roadmaps, working collaboratively with technology, data and information security teams;
- Experience in regulated environments, with frequent interaction with Compliance, Risk, Legal and Audit areas;
- Desirable certifications: Product Management, PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Product Owner, SAFe or similar;
- Intermediate to advanced English for interaction with vendors, partners and international technical documentation.
