About the role

  • You manage key accounts both strategically and operationally and develop these relationships for the long term.
  • You analyze customer structures, identify development opportunities, and work with your contacts to define concrete measures to improve and expand collaboration.
  • You ensure the successful implementation of our solutions at the customer and coordinate internal and external project participants in a targeted manner.
  • You actively monitor market developments, recognize relevant challenges early, and position FINDIQ as a strategic partner with appropriate solutions.
  • You contribute a business-oriented perspective to the further development of our customer strategy and actively help shape processes and structures in Customer Success.
  • If suitable and interested, there is the possibility in the medium term to take on leadership responsibilities and help build your own team.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in account management in a technical environment, preferably in the mechanical engineering industry.
  • Experience in project management, particularly in managing complex customer projects.
  • Ideally, experience in an international context.
  • Experience working with digital solutions, preferably in an industrial or technical environment.
  • Strong technical understanding and a genuine interest in machines and equipment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to customers at home and abroad (approx. 15% travel).
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong customer orientation, confident demeanor, and good rapport with different types of stakeholders.
  • Independent, structured working style and strong implementation skills.
  • Team spirit, reliability, and the ability to set clear priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A desire to take responsibility and actively contribute to a growing company.
