• In this client-facing role, you’ll work with a portfolio of clients, providing practical, technically HR sound advice across the full employee lifecycle.
• One day you might be managing a complex HR issue, the next recruiting, advising a board, or helping a client with remuneration reviews.
• Deliver high-quality HR advice related to all functional HR areas including employment relations, performance, remuneration, recruitment, change and compliance.

Senior HR Consultant

Analyst

• Conduct detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis across a broad range of investments, including equities, fixed income, alternatives, and managed funds. Assess fund managers across asset classes by evaluating investment strategy, performance, governance, risk, and operational quality.
• Support the asset allocation process through macroeconomic research, scenario analysis, and model optimisation. Assist in reviewing and refining portfolio construction strategies in line with investor objectives and risk profiles.
• Prepare regular reporting for APRA, trustees, and platform stakeholders, including stress testing (SPS530), compliance metrics, and investment governance materials. Maintain high standards of accuracy and timeliness across all deliverables.
• Provide analysis and documentation support related to corporate actions and listed securities, helping ensure timely and informed investment decision-making.
• Liaise with financial advisers to address client-specific investment queries, ensuring high-quality, tailored responses. Collaborate across teams to translate investment insights into actionable guidance.
• Assist with administrative work such as portfolio fact sheets, adviser and client material and investment committee reporting.
