• In this client-facing role, you’ll work with a portfolio of clients, providing practical, technically HR sound advice across the full employee lifecycle.
• One day you might be managing a complex HR issue, the next recruiting, advising a board, or helping a client with remuneration reviews.
• Deliver high-quality HR advice related to all functional HR areas including employment relations, performance, remuneration, recruitment, change and compliance.
• Build, grow and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor, not just a problem-solver.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and win new work.
• Balance reactive client demands with planned delivery.
• Work across multiple clients, industries and risk profiles simultaneously.
