  • A track record of driving AI adoption in a large organisation.
  • Confidence explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong influence skills - you can move people without direct authority.
  • Experience in professional services or a regulated industry (highly regarded).
  • Change management certification, e.g. PROSCI (highly regarded).
