About the role

  • Develop and execute a localized go-to-market plan reflecting Mozambique’s commercial and regulatory landscape.
  • Drive acquisition of enterprise merchants, PSP partners, and cross-border clients.
  • Engage with Banco de Moçambique, secure approvals, ensure compliance with AML/KYC requirements.
  • Build partnerships with banks, aggregators, mobile money providers.
  • Act as primary liaison with public institutions and relevant partners.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding, customer success and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Experience launching fintech services in emerging markets.
  • Knowledge of local banking and mobile money ecosystems.
