About the role
- You proactively manage existing broker partners and ensure the collaboration remains active and successful.
- With a strong sense for market opportunities, you identify new intermediaries and recruit them to expand our partner network.
- You guide partners through onboarding step by step, teaching them how to make the best use of FinCompare and our product partners.
- You identify potential within partnerships, develop targeted activation measures, and actively contribute to campaigns and events.
- Additionally, you gather valuable market feedback to continuously improve our platform and partner offerings.
Requirements
- Ideally, a completed banking apprenticeship or a degree in business administration; alternatively, relevant experience in the banking/financial sector.
- Some experience in account management, partner sales, or financial brokerage.
- Understanding of corporate financing or a strong interest and ability to learn quickly in this area.
- Business‑fluent German and good English skills.
