About the role
- Own the technical health and growth strategy for Finch’s SMB customer base
- Design and execute one-to-many engagement tactics
- Identify high-potential developers and nurture them
- Conduct cohort analysis and run experiments

- Own performance tracking and product discovery
Requirements
- 2-3 days per week in San Francisco office
- Technical engineering, product marketing, and customer growth skills
