About the role

  • Drive cohesive retail product portfolio execution across the Lending organization.
  • Oversee product roadmap governance, cross-functional alignment, and end-to-end readiness.
  • Manage the Product Delivery Management (PDM) function and enable organizational planning rituals.
  • Lead product roadmap governance and alignment to strategic goals, customer needs, and capacity constraints.
  • Facilitate cross-product alignment across Product Heads, Technology, Operations, and Sales partners.
  • Provide program oversight for key strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce Product Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Product Management, Product Operations, Program Management, or Portfolio Management.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional product planning and governance processes.
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery, PI Planning, and product lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in financial services, payments, or technology-driven product organizations is preferred.
  • Background working with C-Suite leaders and supporting enterprise-level strategic reporting.
  • Experience managing product operations, program management, or product delivery teams.
