About the role

  • Own PowerBI reporting for all lending products, ensuring consistent, trusted dashboards and metrics.
  • Define and maintain core product metrics across roadmap planning, releases, and outcomes, including: Revenue per product and feature, Value realization and ROI, Adoption and usage indicators.
  • Provide ongoing trend analysis and insights to inform product prioritization and strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with Product Delivery, Engineering, and Operations teams to surface early warning indicators and improvement opportunities.
  • Track client versions, implementations, and upgrades across the lending portfolio.
  • Provide visibility into version distribution, upgrade readiness, and client exposure.
  • Deliver insights on finance, booking, and sales performance, connecting product activity to commercial outcomes.
  • Support leadership with data for QBRs, MBRs, and strategic planning cycles.
  • Own governance reporting for Product Operations, ensuring transparency and audit readiness.
  • Track and report on timesheet compliance, capacity utilization, and operational health indicators.
  • Lead and support special analytics projects as needed to enable strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, data management, product operations, or business intelligence roles.
  • Advanced experience with PowerBI, including dashboard design, data modeling, and executive reporting.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, delivery metrics, and release management concepts.
  • Proven ability to translate data into clear insights and executive-level narratives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with product and delivery tools such as Aha, Jira, Kantata, or similar systems.
  • Experience supporting governance, audit, or enterprise reporting requirements.
