About the role

Requirements
- Experience developing proof-of-concept solutions using Salesforce native technologies
- Experienced delivering strategies, roadmaps, and architectural plans as a Solution Architect across consultancy, financial services and government sectors
- Skilled in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), declarative tools and proficient in Git for version control and deployments
- Demonstrated experience in technical leadership and agile delivery, including mentoring developers and performing code reviews
- Proven experience working with Git for version control and deployments
- Up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases, new features and industry best practices
- Strong experience applying industry-standard software design patterns
- Proven problem-solving skills with confidence to make decisions that restore functionality quickly
- Salesforce certifications are highly advantageous
