About the role

  • Responsible for serving as the Single Point of Contact
  • Builds strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Performs high-touch phone engagement and proactive outreach
  • Investigates and resolves complex customer issues and escalations
  • Monitors customer activity for continued compliance to loan agreement
  • Ensures timely resolution of customer concerns and high satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to conduct research and risk analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to identify process improvements
  • Ability to take initiative, work autonomously
