About the role
- Responsible for serving as the Single Point of Contact
- Builds strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Performs high-touch phone engagement and proactive outreach
- Investigates and resolves complex customer issues and escalations
- Monitors customer activity for continued compliance to loan agreement
- Ensures timely resolution of customer concerns and high satisfaction
- Proactively identifies risks and ensures effective reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to conduct research and risk analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to identify process improvements
- Ability to take initiative, work autonomously
